Fps problem when mouse (in game) is moving

Fps drop more then on 50% when mouse in game is moving, if mouse move faster more fps drop (Fallout 3, Dragon Age Origins)

Had this problem with a Samsung Galaxy S24 earlier, but an update to Winlator seemed to fix it. It was the version 7.0 if Im not wrong. The issue was gone since then
