I ran igi 1 on a06 with g85 helio chip

, in all resolutions, frames were 2 and 3, it was very slow

Close the issue it's slow because your Device is slow nothing to do with winlator CLose the issue

Get a Snapdragon device, since Turnip Adreno works great

Even with a snapdragon device This game has an issue with Newer versions of wined3d. To get better fps you need to use dgvoodoo. Better use ajay prefix for that
