Potential fix for Mali g71 igpu

I managed to make vulkan work on termux. What i want is this on winlator. Since vortex driver is closed source i can't add the fix so i gsve you the codes so you can add it into vortex driver code

Use instraction on ( https://github.com/newDINO/xvk_droid ) but before compiling download the zip file i provided then extract and copy the files into " /xvk_droid/xvk_droid/src/export/ " directory replace when asked then compile the code than follow the instructions in the github
