Output timing never matches

So for the last day I have been trying to figure out what is going on. I have run on 3 systems (Linux and MacOS) with different interfaces, but regardless of setup, my target.wav always get deleted.

So far i found out that the input.wav got saved out in a wrong samplerate and I added an additional error message to know what is going on when this case happens #7

I can't nail down where the problem happens. If i just remove the delete step and upload, the trainers can't find the timing information as well, so there must be something going wrong here. Any idea's?

I must note, I only tried in Standalone, since I can't get the Capture to actually start in the VST3 (it turns on but never starts playing, regardless of DAW or OS).
