Bitwig: Could not read repsonses: End of stream

Hi Hermann,

After a good while without seeing it, this error comes again quite regularly on startup, so it is time for a bug report.

The behavior:

• It doesn't happen every time
• only on startup
• several projects are affected
• Bitwig recovers quite nicely (plugins are sandboxed) and this is usually fixed by hitting the "reload all plugins" button
• happens as of guitarix.vst-git-v0.3.r6.g1904d72-1-x86_64 / guitarix-git-0.46.0.r12
• I usually have 3-4 guitarix-vst instances loading NAM models (all of them)
• the neighbors: Odin and Surge XT
