Send back the color_temp value to mqtt

Color temperature works but isn't reported back so the UI doesn't update accordingly

thanks for this, i'm adding these un merged PR's to my fork, i've tried to compile all the different versions of this code with different effects, music visualizers etc in to 1.

EDIT: this code seems to break when i add it.
