Updated Code, New Effects, Music Visualizer

I have been busy getting this code fully working, i have used https://github.com/bkpsu/ESP-MQTT-JSON-Digital-LEDs/blob/master/ESP_MQTT_Digital_LEDs/ESP_MQTT_Digital_LEDs_w_JSON.ino as the base as this already had a bunch of fixes and new effects.

I've cleaned up some of the code and i have made clearer instructions.

I have also added a Music Visualizer with 3 options (1. left to right, 2. middle out) the 3rd is specific to my use case, it splits it in to 2 and has 2 middle sections.
