Check access to admin system

Could you please check access or grant to x86 plugin admin system for:

  1. young-developer, see https://github.com/young-developer/nppNavigateTo and https://notepad-plus-plus.org/community/topic/13461/plugin-update-navigateto

  2. franco stellari, see https://sites.google.com/site/fstellari/nppplugins and https://notepad-plus-plus.org/community/topic/13262/menuicons-plugin-1v21-released/12

  3. Check with donho , if his x86/x64 plugins from https://github.com/npp-plugins will be updated by himself or I should do it

@bruderstein See https://notepad-plus-plus.org/community/topic/13461/plugin-update-navigateto/11 there is an issue with the win32 web interface. @young-developer X64 version I added with https://github.com/bruderstein/npp-plugins-x64/commit/95ecef763173d3363cec6d248cc619858448e5af. Are you also facing the issue
