PM crashes on updating NPP plugins

Description of the Issue

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Install PM lastest release by copy-paste all files to the NPP folder in C:
2. Update the rest of the addons

Expected Behavior

Update to not crash

Actual Behavior

Update crashed

@dvdvideo1234 So crash means the update was not done successfully. Not that the N++ application created a coredump\crashes. Was N++ still functional after you clicked ok in the installation error popup?

Could you check out #116 and #114 that you don't face a download problem due to missing TLS 1.2 activation necessary for the https downloads.
