Can't install or update plugins

Description of the Issue

Whenever I try to update or install a plugin, it gives me an error for no apparent reason saying "Installation of Pluginnamehere failed.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

  1. Install or update any plugin

Expected Behavior

For it to install a plugin or update

Actual Behavior

I got an error

@Markieyer How did you install PM? Manually? Did you also copy gpup.exe to the updater directory?

Could you also check against #116 and #114 that you don't face a download problem due to missing TLS 1.2 activation.
