[feature request] change toolbar hover text

The toolbar icon hover text is currently "Show Console". There are several plugins with a "console" function and it would be nice if the hover text were "Show PythonScript Console" to indicate which console. As development of a Python3 plugin is underway, the same issue would apply to it. I'm not sure how to differentiate between the two language versions as my Win7 system is not blessed as being able to support the Python3 variant currently being tested so I have not pursued that package.
