[SUGGESTION] Replace GraalVM link with a wayback machine link

The current Windows GraalVM link doesnt seem to work for one reason or another, so I'd recommend linking a wayback machine link to ensure that it always works.

The link embedded here links to a snapshot of the download link from March 8th 2023, where it is functional.

this page is outdated, graalvm is now one thing without community or enterprise versions, so you can just download it normally
