Consider adding note about Graal EE with Prism Launcher on Linux

When using the flathub version of prism launcher on linux the default permissions prevent the launcher from accessing the entire custom java directory, so the java executable fails to launch. when using this version you have to use Flatseal or manually change the permissions to allow access to the entire Graal directory where ever you decide to put it.
