support for tipa.sty

Input: \usepackage{tipa} \textipa{PaN.ba.taP}

Produces xhtml as: \tipaencodingPaN.ba.taP]

Thank you for the request.

At the moment latexml does not include dedicated support for tipa.sty, so what you are seeing is likely expected behavior. We would need a new tipa.sty.ltxml binding file developed or contributed to the project.
