support for silence.sty

The silence package only silences selected warnings and errors. It doesn't do anything that affects the look of the resulting file. However currently it gives "failed: silence".

I suggest adding "support" for the silence package by ignoring it and associated commands. Shouldn't be difficult as no extra HTML is needed.
