`\ ` should produce a breakable space

Right now, both a~b and a\ b produce non-breaking spaces when run through LaTeXML. Only ~ produces a non-breaking space in LaTeX though. \ is just a regular breakable space.

I'd like to also ask @brucemiller for a comment here, given that we have a Changes line from 2008 explicitly advertising the \ behavior:

     - make "\ " generate no-break-space (more portable)
