nullmailer-inject crash

We've been witnessing this problem reproducibly:

Aug 31 17:45:08 the_host kernel: [497257.577083] traps: nullmailer-inje[17416] general protection ip:559c13e952de sp:7ffe1f175740 error:0 in nullmailer-inject[559c13e8c000+e000]

This is on nullmailer 2.1-5 on Ubuntu.

The problem seems to occur under theses circumstances:

• 4 emails delivered in very short sequence
• a specific but very normal looking email address (only characters, dashes and points)

Currently we've switched the client that was feeding nullmailer away from nullmailer, but I think we should be able to reproduce the problem again if needed.
