@yogeshkodei -- moving to the next level is not a decision the project can make, that is determined by the Apache Incubator. The project can take steps towards that happening....
'as needed' -- is this a good scope for an issue? When is it complete, if ever?
@poorejc -- looks like you've started using Superset. Can this issue be closed? Or is there more 'exploration' to be done before this can be completed?
