Base url fix

CCP changed the base URL of the ESI some time ago, rendering this project broken. So I updated it and it seems to work again. Besides I generated the sources from the latest ESI Version 0.8.9 and provided a little sh script to execute generation.
Nearly forgot to tell: I fixed the doctests based on ESI returns. The numbers changed. There are still some tests for encode_options() broken. I didn't touch them.
