Paper size ignores comments

The check for defining paper size 2+ times does not consider that some definition is in comments, and only one is "active"

whoops, thought i had taken a situation like this into account. thanks for bringing it up. obviously not that high priority but i will fix this if i start actively working on cozyvec again
