docs(): add CHANGELOG.md to projects and update release

npm shows that the current version 2.1.5 is but the github releases only shows v2.1.2

I've remedied the github releases, but still need to add a changelog. So far most of my contributions are just for angular updates, but I have some bigger things planned that would warrant a changelog from that point onward. Thanks for pointing it out. I'll keep this issue open as a reminder to write a changelog.

Up ! On NPM, the latest version is now 13.3 and only 2.3 on Github

@sgriffault Sorry there are no big contributors here, and we are doing only hotfixes or angular versions support. If you would like you could add PR for changelog :) It will be much appreciated.
