Update behaviour of dataDWD

First of all, Thanks for this amazing package!

I only found a small inconvinience when downloading data with force not being TRUE but a vector such as c(Inf, 6). I left a comment on a PR at the corresponding line where I think the bug is at: https://github.com/brry/rdwd/commit/f45b080e2896c30437fed865fe3eed95b768f408#r136216003
