Add Open Recent

Add option to open a recent file.

It seems electron doesn't provide an API to access item added with app.addRecentDocument().

+1. And on a related subject, on macOS, whenever I select Open... the file dialog opens at the very root of my filesystem, not the last directory visited. Between the two aspects of this, they unfortunately reduce the appeal of Abricotine quite considerably for me.
