This is obviously an issue in kramed which is used to convert the markdown into HTML.

Was there a particular reason for picking kramed over marked? I don't know anything about these libraries. Just curious.

@darahak marked doesn’t support math. There’s an open PR for it on the repo (chjj/marked#180) but no activity on it for over a year.

Maybe this could be solved after the Pandoc integration (#14).
