1.8.3 release assets still missing

https://github.com/browsh-org/browsh/releases/tag/v1.8.3 the release was cut, marked as latest, and published over one week ago yet all release assets are still missing.

Is there are plan for when these will be made available?

Sorry about that, it failed because of a bug in the release scripts: https://github.com/browsh-org/browsh/actions/runs/7701071370/job/20986455473

I have an idea for how to fix it, but just haven't got around to it yet.
