Add Power Support ppc64le

Added power support for the travis.yml file with ppc64le. This is part of the Ubuntu distribution for ppc64le. This helps us simplify testing later when distributions are re-building and re-releasing.

Labeled Stream splicer is using org instead of com as per below, please convert to travis-ci.com as org is getting deprecated in few weeks. https://travis-ci.org/github/browserify/labeled-stream-splicer/builds/750969849
