I used the Deep Research feature and got a great report but all the references linked to example.com

I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Is this a bug or is it a configuration issue?

I'm using DeepSeek R1 (14b) through Ollama.

It could be a context window issue, in which case the model just forgot the references and decided to just use example.com. Or the model just took some behind the scene instructions literally.
