Provide option for using pre-active tab to play the project

Background

By #87 we have switched from pre-active tab to using active each time an action is played, though it's possible to set by cba. playingTabId in the background. Would be great if we had a UI switch for that.

What to change

Provide option of using pre-active tab for playing the project.
