Shouldn't check also uncheck the checked value?

Background

Currently check action only checks checkbox and radio button and we doesn't provide option for unchecking those.

It will be great to either uncheck checked using check action or introduce an uncheck action

What to change

Uncheck checked value of checkbox and radio buttons.
