Upload VS Code/Codium Extension to open-vsx.org

Currently, the VS extension is only available at Microsoft's VS Marketplace.

According to that Marketplace's T&Cs, that registry can only be used by the official VS Code release (with is distributed under a not libre/free/open source license). This leaves aside 100% libre/open source options, such as VS Codium.

Could you please consider uploading the VS Extension to open-vsx.org as well?
