Car hud not displaying, craft menu not displaying?

Can't seem to access vehicle mechanics when i right click, or when i try to press v when i'm in the car. Been doing all the simple stuff like turning mods on and off, restarting computer,. Seeing if there's anybody else who have the same problem? I'm on PC and on 41.31 with Minimal Display Bars mod on my solo sandbox mode.

I don't know if this is worth anything but here's what my console log and debug list.

Hey, It looks like You're using PZ41 and Hydrocraft for PZ40. If so, You need to manually download hydrocraft from github, disable steam one (I needed to unsubscribe from mod) and enable one you manually downloaded.
