need help getting it installed

Hi, I see its been a while since anything has been posted but i have not been able to get it to work. disabled all mods other than hydrocraft beta and nothing. i have seen other using it so i know its me but i just dont know why. I put it into my mods folder, named hydrocraft beta says its loaded but it doesnt show up at all. Please someone help a poor fellow out?

• extract to C:\Users<username>\Zomboid\mods\ (linux/MacOS will have other locations)
• unsubscribe (on steam or others) or other way delete other HC mods versions
• start game (beta version)
• go to mods and enable ONLY HC one
• start new game
