Issue using django-timezone with django 1.2.1 in forms

I was previously running django 1.1 / pytz 2009r and django-timezone 1.4 without any issues. No when upgraded django to 1.2.1. and running pytz 2009r or 2010h I get an error when using timezone field in a form, disregarding what choice I make I always get something like:

Value <DstTzInfo 'Africa/Accra' LMT-1 day, 23:59:00 STD> is not a valid choice

Have tested various combination and only when running django 1.2.1 do I get this... :-(
