It says "Run regsvr32 HEICThumbnailHandler.dll". Which app do I select? The first choice is Git for Windows. If I click it, it says "cannot execute binary file"

If I understand correctly .heic is container format also for videos. but .heif is for images only. Your driver dosen't show .heif? Is there is a reason for it? .heic...
