Replace session command ?

Hello, I like the createSession and openSession commands, but I can't find an easy way to do this : clear all tabs and replace them with a saved session. Hence my question : would it be possible to implement a replaceSession [name] command in a future version ? Or maybe to add a flag to the openSession command, let's say : openSession -r myName (ie -replace) ? But maybe someone can come up with an idea to do this differently ? Thanks !
