PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function safe_redirect()

I get this error when I attempt to create an admin user:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function safe_redirect()

Something is missing.

I'm trying to reproduce this issue, but I can't... could you tell me more ?

Not sure what to tell you. It's a default install of php on a default install of Centos 7. The only things I added were what you specified in the install instructions.

No errors for me, even with a fresh install... I don't get it... You create a new user and then you use the Users profiles tab to change the status ?

I don’t recall now… I believe it occurred while trying to create the initial admin user.
