Should additional args for `vet` be set via options?

Potentially useful if say we want vet to always stop rather than return text.

Takes about 0.5 us to getOption. Some complications for the env option, for which we'll probably have to use NULL or some such and capture parent.frame separately since we can't set parent.frame remotely.
