Record test execution time

Currently we time the entire unitizer execution. Adding the timing wouldn't be too difficult, though it does require messing with the items, which means a slightly annoying upgrade process. We could then add a comparison function that checks whether new time evaluation is within some reasonable range of previous one (e.g 0.5-3x or some such).

We're delaying this in favor of getting v1.0 out.
