Fixed typo (missing letter) and copied english bullet points

I tried to translate the items as good as I could. At first, I used alliteration "AUFBAU, AUFZEICHNUNG, AUSWERTUNG", but the first word "Aufbau" (like "Muskelaufbau") sounds quite non-native without more context, so I changed it to more boring, but more comprehensive words.

It's just a suggestion. Feel free to discard this change request or just take parts of it - as you like 😄
