Keyboard patch for Fn key
This applies a patch written by Dirk Hohndel to convert the right alt key to a Fn key. This allows functions such as Pg Up to be mapped to right alt + up.
I have already pulled this in locally and rebuilt, am going to test later today and then will merge. It might be nice to have a kernel config option for this so that it can be merged without permanently changing the behavior.

Fair enough. I'm also as of yet unconvinced that this is the best solution, at least one concern that I have is that it seems like people using non-English keyboard layouts may lose access to AltGr if Alt_R is forcibly mapped to Fn. There was a somewhat spirited discussion on Google+ between Dirk and Dimitry Torokhov about the merits of different approaches for handling the keyboard.
I reversed this patch on my machine and have gone back to fiddling with xmodmap to setup my keyboard as I like.
