Gateway Discovery text when no gateways heard

Feature request:

On the Gateways->(gateway name)->GATEWAY DISCOVERY tab, when no gateways have yet been heard, the following text is displayed:

No gateway discovery data is available (yet). This could mean: no discovery 'ping' was emitted yet the gateway ping feature has been disabled in ChirpStack Application Server the discovery 'ping' was not received by any other gateways

If the "Enable gateway discovery" checkbox is enabled on Network-servers->(server name)->GATEWAY DISCOVERY tab, perhaps the second line could be suppressed.

Maybe it would be better to hide the gateway discovery tab when it is disabled? :-)
