Using wot on scATAC data?

Open smanne07 opened this issue 5 years ago • 2 comments

Hi, Thank you for this wonderful tool.

Can this be applied on scATACseq data?If wot can be applied, are there any changes or assumptions we have to make to use this as this method relies on growth rates estimated from genesets.

Thank you in advance Sasi

Dear Sasi,

Yes, it can be applied to ATAC data, but this is not yet built in. You will have to change the "cost function", which determines the cost matrix.

I would be happy to discuss details if helpful.

Best, Geoff
