Consensus data still performs really for my metrics

This is a reminder to tackle soon. I don't know what I am doing wrong but when I download some non spherized consensus data and run enrichment over it. The results are awful. From past experience I know that this is due to super high correlate values from the normalization.

I thought we had fixed this... maybe not.
