Error with runEM in runIchorCNA.R

I have this error message when I try to run runIchorCNA.R!

Error in runEM(dataMat, chr, chrInd, param, maxiter, verbose, estimateNormal = estimateNormal,  :
  INTEGER() can only be applied to a 'integer', not a 'NULL'
Calls: HMMsegment -> runEM
Execution halted

Can someone help me with this issue please? Thank you

I am having this same issue. Did you figure it out? This only happens when I try to add the exons.bed file to config.yaml
