Can ichorCNA for tumor samples

Hello ichorCNA team! I'd like to know if your softwar can also be used to analyze shallow whole genome sequencing data comming from tumor tissue samples (not cfDNA but solid samples of the actual tumor). If so, is the tumor fraction prediction still accurate and meaningful (I guess it should be understood as the purity of the tumor sample)?

Yes, you can use ichorCNA for tumor samples as well.
