After I installed it , Script directory not find

hi After I installed it according to the first method ， I didn't find the script directory ， could you help me ? Is there a problem with my installation ？

Hi @zhangyafeng1 ,

Please do a git pull of this repo and you will have the scripts. In the snakemake config.yaml, you can point to the R scripts that you pull from this repo.

I second this issue. After trying to install using install_github and install_git the script directory is absent. I also noticed that during the installation there is a message

_  checking for empty or unneeded directories
   Removed empty directory _ichorCNA/scripts_

I also noticed that .Rinstignore and .Rbuildignore have scripts/ listed in them. The only way to obtain all pieces of the software is through cloning the repo, and do not remove the repo after installation. I hope this helps.
