Demo deployment issues

A few less than ideal things in demo deployments:

  • IP addresses in browser logs are wrong because the demo ingress IP isn't included in real IP config
  • API changes often require disabling the cache in the demo to avoid loading cached values from production
  • Need to remove Google Analytics ID from build.env to avoid counting demos in analytics
