Update v4.1 CNVs

Jack is about to planning to stage updated versions of the v4.1 CNV files (paths here). I've asked him to stage them to the same paths as the current files to overwrite them (re-release v4.1 rather than releasing v4.1.1).

Once the files are synced to the GCP public bucket, could someone reload the CNV results to the browser?
