Consider using canonical tags for links
The gnomad browser is currently ranked lower than some mirrors in Bing search results, which causes user confusion and poor experience when the mirrors are broken. I think by using canonical url tags, we can signal to search engines that the official gnomad browser should be ranked higher in results (presuming we can get our mirrors to deploy a version of the site without stripping these tags).

Per browser meeting, this is being put into the icebox for two reasons
- The gnomAD browser's SEO seems to be fixed these days on Bing and Duck Duck Go (it shows up as the first hit, and the singapore mirror shows up as ~5th)
- Per last communication with the maintainers of the singapore mirror, they were considering shutting it down.
