Remove redundant references to old docker images

Minor refactor

Once the PR to decrease the number of docker images is accepted, there will be redundant references to the sv_pipeline docker in terms of the old dockers (e.g. sv_pipeline_rdtest). These should all be removed and explicitly replaced with references to sv_pipeline.
